Residential Trash Carts
Municipal and rural route residents will be issued a trash cart. Standard pickup is curbside service where the customer puts the cart at the curb, end of drive way or in the alley. The cart must be placed within 2 feet from the edge of the street in order for our Stutzman Refuse Disposal trucks to pick them up safely and effectively.

When To Set Out Your Container
You should have your residential trash container and residential recycling container at the curb by 6am the day it's to be picked up.
Walk-in Service
Walk-in service is available for handicapped, elderly or those with long driveways for an additional fee.
Service Frequency
Most residential trash collection customers require once weekly service. However, there are other residential trash collection subscription plans available including every other week or once monthly pickup for rural residents or those who produce less waste.
Extra Garbage and Large Items
If you have extra garbage or large items that will not fit in the Stutzman Refuse Disposal container, please call us at 620-662-2559 so that we can notify the driver. Please note: there may be a small fee for garbage that does not fit in the container.
